# Best String?

Hi everyone, I plan to start 2A soon (getting some Loop 900’s), and all I have is ‘Slim’ Kitty string. Should I get a new kind of string?

If you’re using a bearing axle yoyo, then sure. I prefer “normal” myself.

Actually, what I typically use is YYE 100% poly though.I got plenty of it, might as well use it.

For 2A, I would recommend that you use slick 6 instead of 100% polyester string.
