# Best Plastic Yoyo?

I love looking at the plastics yoyos that have come out in the past couple years. I just got back into yoyo-ing after being away since before covid. I really like the looks of the Luftverk Fulvia and the Offset Variant. I want a plastic that plays similar to a normal AL 1A. Buttery smoothness and overall feel are most important to me. Thanks all and happy throwing!

Plastic Fulvia all the way! It’s my all time favorite plastic and I guarantee you will like it too. It’s also machined so it will be much smoother than something that is molded like a variant. Mine came dead smooth

We need more than that to narrow it down.
I havent delved into the higher end plastics, but definitely something machined if you want smoothness.
I havent played the Fulvia but clearly people here like it. Something like the One Drop Cabal 2 is also interesting, although i also have not played it.
Yoh CAN NOT go wrong with a Shooting Star of a C3 Speedaholic. Both are pretty smooth and they are among my favorite yoyos to keep at arms length away.
Lots of great plastic options. If you want something really performance oriented get something with metal rings. Make sure its machined if you want smooth. Thats all you really need to know.

Buttery smoothness and high end feel is not easy to find in a plastic. I’d go with OD Cabal 2 or a Luftwerk.

I agree, if you compare them to high-end metal throws. Plastic isn’t as nice but they have gotten much better since 10 years ago! and they’re cheaper to collect too.

The luftverks have been the most fun to collect in my opinion. All mine are dead smooth and really well desgined. Great colors too. My favorite is the plastic peak followed by the stelvia xp.
