This. OD 10s are nice.

I have also been fooling around with grooved concaves (like the Trifecta or Buddha Ripple) lately and quite like them as well.

Now that I think about for flats, the MFD REvolutions are also amazing, although I am not sure if you can buy them by themselves from Monkryfinger.

I like the Trifecta but its all preference.
