I have been practicing doing an Eli hop and landing the yoyo behind your back. Any tips?

If you always have non throwhand higher when doing regular, i think it is easyer and you get to do ir faster. I think it is helpfull when landing back. Btw. you do men just to land it like behind your head, right?
