Ok, so I have a DV888 and whenever I bind, it’s not as tight as it used to be and I’ve used it consecutively for only about 3 weeks…

Can anyone help me?

Most likely the response is wearing out. Try replacing it with new K-pads or flowable silicon.

Also, it might be better if this was in the maintenance section.

Hope this helps and that you bring your DV888 back up to a level you enjoy playing it at.

EDIT: To answer your question, the bearing does not have a problem, if anything, bearing problems increase response (unless the problem is that you want to put in more oil, but have put in too little, as oil makes a yo-yo responsive).

Its the response, most likely theres nothing wrong with the bearing, take the old response out and silicone it , put new pads etc.
