The bearing is stuck and I cant even get it out with a bearing removal tool! ---

Gently take some pliers and carefully wriggle the bearing out. If you have the kind that have the round hole towards the hinge, you can use that around the bearing provided it’s large enough to fit around the bearing. ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex015/uploads/yoyoexpert1/original/4X/f/5/e/f5e04a915a81237af4681a10c3e24c84ce8ec22e.jpeg) Something like these…otherwise, just standard pliers will work…just be careful with what you do and don’t squeeze the bearing as you could damage it. ---

What AngryGumball said is great though I usually wrap the bearing or the tip of the pliers with some rubber bands.
