You are better off buying a new tube. If you succeed in dislodging a chunk, chances are very good there will be leftover chunks in the tube that will come out over time and wreck your sili jobs.

To answer your question, you could get a drill bit of the proper size and twist it into the opening with your fingers. Messy.
