I thought I commented with a thread for Michael (basix) of string werx already but I’ve had several string transactions with him. He’s currently my only nylon and blend string source until A&A start up again. Also bought a bunch of yo-yos from him. Good guy really nice and great conversations. Don’t hesitate to buy from him and ask about his strings seeing as his shop is in transition. ---

Rocked my first trade EVER with @Basix. I was legit just trying to make sure I sent him a package with some extra goodies and a throw that was correctly represented, right after having nasal surgery (it was probably silly but I couldn’t go anywhere and had way too much time to cruise the forum). Michael was totally cool about getting our trade solidified and was patient enough to wait for me to recover a little bit before I hit the hospital. The package I received was absolutely killer, the throw was as advertised came with Michaels custom string blend, and the illest ded hed counterweight, and that wasn’t all! The box came slammed with extra goodies that had me feeling giddy like a kid on Christmas. I run a kendama and yoyo club at the school I teach at so kids are going to be able to try out new counterweights, have access to strings (no kid EVER has extra strings), and Michael even threw in a kendama that I can add to my set off classroom jammers. Don’t hesitate to do business with my guy, he’s a top tier trader and a top G human being. ---

I recently purchased a throw from basix, and he didn’t mention a couple of scuffs on the throw. It’s not a big deal, but I wanted to mention this. ---

Honestly this isn’t a big deal. I’ve just recently had a lot of neutral to negative transactions this year. In the past I have just let everything slide, but I think it’s becoming more important to mention things like this. Also edited my original post to give a more accurate description ---
