# Baby oil lube

I was wondering if baby oil could be used to lube a berring after U clean it, just curious because I can’t afford lube any info will be amazing thanks!

That will probably work. Alternatives are 3-in-1 oil, trumpet oil, fishing reel oil, or Synco Super Lube. All readily available locally for a couple of dollars, or you may already have in your home.

I can’t see what it could hurt, but you should try without it first. I think it unnecessary unless you really just can’t stand the sound.
