It looks like it would be decent for 3a. My recommendation would be to look for anything that is heavily rim weighted with a width less than 43mm, diameter larger than 55mm, and a weight greater than 65g. Also H shapes are really nice for 3a and I would stay away from organic throws. It’s all personal preference though. ---

For beginner 3a I would recommend the replay pro, If you have a little bit more money than I would recommend the Unprld recognition.
