I think this would be super awesome. Are there any like that? I guess it would be hard to implement but not that hard.

Satellite has Delrin rims but it’s the closest I know about. Looks pretty sweet. Expensive and somewhat hard to find, but there’s an overseas site with 2 in stock for 19800 yen, PM me if you want url

all I can remember has a derlin rim.  
Yoyojoker satellite  
Yonity Kung  
Werrd Split Decision

I guess rubber is kinda inconsistent as they can fall off easily from the body, like what I see on the rubber rimed hayabusha.
