I am wondering if anyone wants me to or if i can do reviews on yoyos or tell about it in my opion.

Just pick a yoyo and review it! Make sure you read the sticky at the top of the review section, has some good pointers about how to write a review.
Or, if you want to help other people, just find their threads which ask for help. It’s unlikely they’re going to find your thread offering help. =)
