I know you’re being facetious, and it’s all good. I’d be very suspect of any vet that allowed anyone to, or especially if they called themselves a hero. All the men I consider heros are with their Creator, through truly heroic self sacrifice, knowing what they were about to do would probably be their final act, and greeting death on their terms, standing tall. That’s a hero. I never had an opportunity to do such a thing, and I will not lie and state that I would do the same without hesitation. I believe in my heart the good Lord gave me that much steel in my spine, however to say such a thing would in my mind be a desecration to a true Hero; one who used actions instead of words to claim that title. There are living hero’s, sure. But most men esteemed as such would never think it themselves. Rangers Lead The Way. All The Way! ---

@codinghorror, can I rub your head one day and get some of that great spirit of giving you have? Code aka Forum Santa with 2 bags: one for good members filled with great throws, the other for the Undesirables, filled with equally undesirable DV888’s. Anyway, that’s a very kind act you just gave your word to, and I just wanna thank you for that bit of positivity. ---

Sure! I unfortunately _just_ missed today’s mail carrier pickup but both packages, one to you, one to Evan, are all packed up and stamped and ready for USPS to pick up tomorrow. ---
