There is a local place that does deep fried pork boudin and pepper jack cheese egg rolls. The texture, flavors, and ingenuity of the dish almost perfectly describes my areas food. ---

Those look killer btw! Smoking meats ain’t no joke man! but I did get to do a 7# ribeye roast a couple weeks ago! Oh and I use a wood burning grill at my restaurant. ---
