Closest is probably Spin Doctors!

The Spindox meets once a month - typically the 4th Saturday of each month - at various locations in either Alameda or Berkeley, CA. The Spin Doctors have given rise to many great yoyoers, including several National and World champions. 😊

There is a meetup this weekend in San Jose, its a bit closer to Santa Cruz than Alameda.

More info here:

> [@San Jose, CA Meetup](https://forums.yoyoexpert.com/t/san-jose-ca-meetup/309322/2):

> New facebook group for the San Jose meetup here: [https://www.facebook.com/groups/2270977299678721](https://www.facebook.com/groups/2270977299678721) we’re hoping to continue meeting regularly, third saturday of the month, week before spindox.

I think there is one person that comes to the spindox meetup from Santa Cruz, but its a pretty long drive.
