Not sure about your specific area, but brick and mortar yoyo stores are ALWAYS hard to find.

Yoyo specific stores, probably not. There’s not enough traffic to support it.

You might try a hobby shop, or a specialty store that sell serious kites, toys and games on a level somewhat above what you might find at Toy-R-Us.

i know about onedrop but most yo yos there are expensive

Yoyos are REALLY easy to find in portland. PM if you want to know more.
