# Any Clubs/Other Throwers near south Florida?

Right after I picked up my first yo-yo, I’ve always been interested in finding a club or some other throwers near me. I’ve search far and wide, but in my 3 months of searching, I’ve never seen a single person with even the slightest bit of experience ☹ I’ve even tried looking through the forums, but all the posts were either from long ago, or to far away. Can anyone provide some help?

The Florida state yoyo contest was in Groveland this year, that’s about an hour from me. Other than that I’ve never heard of any clubs meeting around me, I’m about an hour north of Tampa. There could be some clubs in the Miami, Tampa, Orlando or Jax area but I’ve never really sought out any either so I’m not sure. I have never seen another person yoyo in public in my area.
