# Alternate Houdini Mounts

Anyone know of some other ways to get into a Houdini mount. I know the thumb pluck from Kamikaze and can get there in multiple ways. @TylerVno had a Tutorial once with a Double Or Nothing to Houdini.

Thanks, I’m a fan of insta mounts. I guess I should restate, how I want to get back into a Houdini mid combo. I’ll probably do something like this @sakatuca repeater, and in these Cabin Tuts.

You can create a slack loop and swing it over to your thumb, like in this video:

A couple that come to mind that are nice:

This one is a convoluted way to get there, but the last part can be extracted for sure nice slack/tension element.

Also, the element from candy rain comes to mind : Beef hook like mount, roll, put non th thumb in the mount, voilà!
