# All FHZ Mods!

Well today i got my clear Duncan FHZ and i was wanting to mod it. The first thing i did was clean the bearing. i looked online and i found some mods but i wanted to get a topic with every single mod possible, Including Painting, Sili recess, Beefcake etc. if you post a reply that is a good tutorial i will add it to my list. I did search this topic on the forums and didnt find anything

You could put hubstacks on it by using large sized synergy caps to replace the old fhz caps

take the double bearing in a tigershark the shims and o rings and put it in the fhz and clean them

There is an unlimited amount of mods one can do to a FHZ.

you can do:  
hubstacks  
synergy caps  
clean bearing  
sili recess  
pad recess  
paint  
reshape  
large bearing spr  
schmoove  
wieght rings  
and metal rims(my friend prochris is getting the wide turning point(forgot the name) on his velocity  
beef cake  
xxxxl it (four bearings(two for beafcake two for hubstacks))  
grinding rings  
satin  
spiral satin  
engraving  
flat rims

thats all i can think of
