Alpha crash is one of the best plastics when it comes to pure performance. I absolutely love the classic and it’s a great plastic, especially for the price. They play extremely well for price but I will say the alpha crash does outplay it IMO.

When somebody says upgraded Classic, can someone please explain exactly what upgraded means?

Generally, a full-sized C bearing and silicone pads or flowable (instead of the stock black O-ring).

Alpha crash. It is a modernized fhz in many respects. You can check my review on it if you are interested. I also really like the way that the upgraded classic plays.

alpha clash has sharp edges that make it dangerous so go with the only logical choice
kickside with some shims ;D

What? The outter edge? I’ve seen sharper stuff on LOTS of other stuff, plastic AND metal.
No, you totally want a Lyn Fury with shims, silicone and a cleaned bearing.
And the upgraded Classic!

I got an alpha crash 2 days ago and trust me its so smooth it feels like a full metal
