# A Good Tip For Practicing Regens

Try using a Yomega Power Brain with the auto return on. That way you can throw a side-ways sleeper and wait for it to come up and practice that way. It also makes it easier to see where you are going wrong since it auto returns.

Now I just gotta get myself a Yomega Power Brain…

I think this would help a lot though. I’ve been trying to get regens down for a while. They look pretty cool. Maybe I’ll have to pick up the Power Brain soon to help me.

It’s also pretty fun see how far into a trick you can get to befor it auto-returns!
