Looking. For a recommendation for a 5a yoyo. Not looking to spend a lot. I’m mainly a fixed axle player, but needing to get a throw to polish 5a tricks before I transfer them over to fixed freehand play.

Let the recommendations begin!

I really like the YYJ Surge for 5A. Upgraded Classic works well too.

Anything that’s stable, preferably a V or H shape, good spin times, and something you won’t mind dropping is ideal for 5a.

I used to use a FG Avalanche but I’ve been using a prototype my friend designed that’s really nice.
