# 3D Design Software?

So I see these designs for yoyos computer generated often. I want to get a software to computer design yo-yos, since I always draw them and want to take it to the next level. I am not going to acctually make these yoyos anytime soon, just a fun thing to do. So what software should I use? Preferably cheap or free!
