Toys for tots is a national organization. If you’re in the US then it would probably be cheaper and more efficient to find a local chapter to donate yo-yos. Find your local chapter here: [Home - Toys for Tots](https://local.toysfortots.org/request_toys/Default.aspx) I think they prefer new in box, but I couldn’t find confirmation on their FAQ. NOTE: I am not affiliated with Toys for Tots, just trying to help you share the love. ---
