Well, well, well, folks. Strings and things are appearing in my mailbox. All sorts of goodies and bits and bobs are floating around my lair. You see, I’ve kept a secret from you… Don’t be scared. I didn’t lie to you. I just, well, I guess I just didn’t tell you ALL of it. So try not to be TOO angry, ok? Remember, I’m just a guy who likes to have fun. I’m STILL the same guy. Don’t forget that after I tell you this, k? There’s some people who sent in stuff that aren’t on the list. No. NONONONO!!! Don’t leave yet! Hold on! Just calm down and wait a minute. We’re all adults here and I know we can work this out if we just CALM DOWN. @Markmont has sent a magical mystery box with some of his best and brightest. I’m looking forward to playing with this stuff. Mark’s style and flow really set the bar for me. His ability to move from combo to combo so seamlessly is impressive, to say the least. @DocPop has haphazardly handed this hooligan a hearty helping of handouts for y’all hellions. I’ll tell you this much, that guy is a wonderful shade of crazy. If you haven’t yet, check out KnifeTank. It looks like more fun than that time those two college chicks So, when you guys get these packages remember that you’re all very special and wonderful. I wish we could all just snuggle under a warm blanket and eat popcorn and drink hot chocolate and so I have a cold and I think the meds are getting to me. HAVE FUN! ---

Hello again. Sorry things got… weird. Drugs make people do crazy things. Like send a stranger 20 yoyo strings. 15 x 20 is 300 strings. Looks like I’m never buying strings again, suckers!!! Just kidding. Don’t worry. I’m having a blast organizing this thing and am actually learning QUITE a bit! I don’t know why this has me so fascinated. Interesting how such small changes make a huge difference. Perhaps that’s the appeal. I’m at work tonight and bored. So I’ve got that going for me. However, that means more free time to ponder the existence of strings, or lack thereof. Ah well. I hope you all have a good night. We will see tomorrow what the day brings. ---

If you like Markmont Copernicus string I would suggest using some, not all, of your thread with Coats n Clark Dual Duty XP. 3 to 1? That soapy feel I described with XP years ago is there, but mixed with something else. It helps to handle the XP’s other tendencies. I didn’t test with nylon much but standard poly worked well. ---
