Wow Dingo, Iām so happy the package was delivered today, that was super fast! I was hoping it would. I remember when the 50+ temp trades did not go through, you had previously expressed interest in trying my MMN. So, I thought it was the perfect gift for you.
I had 3 SR-71s over the past year, and it was one of my favorite YYJs. Not a DMII, but a good throw and one of my favorites. I still have a YYE Edition nickel one, and know that I donāt need more than one, so I thought it was perfect for you.
The T5 is surprisingly good, smooth, and a beautiful color. Also, easy to find again if I want another one, so I wanted it to be the icing on the cake. :wink: So, I have 3 MMN still, and you should know that I only gave you things that I enjoy myself, and still own in most cases. I will buy another T5 because they donāt cost too much.
Iām swimming in YYE cards now, and almost completed a second set, so I could spare a bunch of those. The $15 was just in case you need a bearing or string or something, or maybe a few bucks off your next big purchase. Courtesy of me. ;D Iām glad you enjoyed the gift. I researched the last 15 pages of your posts. You seem like mostly a General Yo/CLYW kind of guy, so I thought the OD would let you try something different, and something I knew you expressed interest in.
You might be curious about some of my other considerations for gifts. I thought of giving you an Entheos, the yellow one in my collection, but you mentioned that it was the least desirable General Yo. I would agree, but it is still a good solid throw. It seemed you owned one in the past, or still have one, so I scratched that idea. That Catalyst on my BST is mint, and besides those ano flaws, it is the smoothest Catalyst I have ever thrown. I never dropped the price because Iām in love with the way it feels. It is smoother than the other two I own. The ano flaws make it not as ācollectibleā though. I will never drop the price on it though. I also had a NIB Delrin Severe, and NIB Grind Machine. I have a Boss with some marks on it, and a mint Popstar. You indicated that you had enough YYF, so all those options were out the window. The Spyy Supra was an option, as I have two of them, but I had 4 MMNā¦way more, and wasnāt sure how you felt about the Supra, while you expressed interest in the MMN.
So, you seeā¦there was a lot of thought put into the gift. Iām happy you are enjoying it. It made my day too. :wink:

Wow that was a lot of thought! I agree, the entheos is nice, but as my least favorite general yo I still have 2, so donāt need more.

Nice gift! I just picked up an Entheos, and I donāt understand the dislike for it. Its a different size than Iām used to, but I still like it. It wouldnāt be the first yoyo out of my case I would go for, but it for sure wouldnāt be the last.

I love the shape and feel, it plays very well, but the weight is kinda too heavy for my liking. It may be because I have a pre production, so it may be heavier than the real runā¦
