yea, they went specific with banning some of the most weird things after wyyc 2013 such as rocketing.

I’m gunna assume rocketing is the thing chia did to end his performance in wyyc2013?
Also, don’t think you can start your routine with yoyo unwinded; and even if you could, wouldn’t you lose a point for the restart?

I"m pretty sure you are right. So I’ll be saving this for the inevitable mistake in a finals routine, and use it to gain the point that is lost on the restart.
