how is it called ? how to do it? it looks really simple

This trick tutorial has a similar element near the end.&nbsp; Let me know if it helps, if not I’ll try to do a tutorial for the trick you posted.

its not exactly the same couse in your trick u swing twice around your arm, it would be nice if you could do a tut for it 🙂 thanks
